When we place a request for the return of an item purchased from the website we expect the same to be picked up within a day or two. However when it does not occur it becomes a cause of concern for us.

I visited your site on the(dd/mm/yr) and ordered a(name of the item and its specifications). I paid(cost of the item) for the same through credit card number xxxxxxxxxx. and requested for its delivery to(Your address) on the (date of delivery).
I am writing this letter to bring to your notice my grievance with regards to the delivery of my (name of the item), which was ordered While the delivery was made immediately within a period as mentioned from the date of purchase, the model that I have received is not the one that I had ordered.
I have contacted the customer service and was informed the same, and I was promised for a return pickup within a week. But no one showed up to pick up the return till today.
I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with the customer service over the matter for two weeks, and I keep getting hung up or transferred to different departments. The model of the Item that was delivered is different to the one mentioned on my receipt.
I hope that my complaint will be looked upon at the earliest and arrange a return pickup and to get the ordered initially item delivered with no extra charges.
