A complaint Letter for the Wrong Size Product delivery

I would like to inform you that I have purchased a (dress) from your (site) last week and I have received it today itself and I am very much disappointed with the size of the product. I have received (XS) size instead of (S). 

I am an old customer of your (portal). I always appreciate your service and product too. I always rely on your products and like to purchase from your (portal). Though it was never happened to me and I am experiencing this type of inconvenience for the first time but I haven’t expected this at all. I have ordered it for some purpose and now I see that I have to return it and will not get by the time. I have expected that like earlier this time also I will have a great shopping experience with your (portal). Though it is very dissatisfied for me but I expect that it will be sorted soon. I hope that I will get your help and cooperation on this matter. I am expecting the exact product with the proper size.

I will be very thankful to you if your (company) will take care on this matter and will do the needful as early as possible and I hope that this will never happen again and I will get a good shopping experience with your (portal) in future.
