Subject: Objection about not getting any information from the bank through SMS.

I am a bank account holder of your bank. My account number is (Your Bank account number) at the time of opening my bank account I gave the contact number (Your 10 digit mobile number). As I have given the mobile number, I was expecting to receive alerts from your side. However, I didn’t get any SMS regarding any information from your organization. I am a customer of you bank since last 10 years. I never face any kind of issues regarding my bank account. However, from the last six months I am not receiving any SMS alerts from your side.
