I have a credit card no: 000000000 with your bank. I am writing this to request you to provide me the credit card bill in time. I have already made numerous complaints. And also, for this query, I have contacted your customer care center many times, but this matter has not yet been solved when I had called in your center. To say least, I have been hugely disappointed by such esteemed company such as yours. This is one of the many problems I have faced with your credit card.

I also have many issues regarding the billing of credit card. I was quite surprised to find the amount of the cancelled transactions included in my bills because never before has such an error happened in the billings of my credit card. Please remove the wrong charge from my bills and issue me a correct bill so that I could clear off my payment on time.

I have been a credit card holder of your bank since the past 7 years and have always received remarkable service. I hope that this dispute would be solved soon. I would sincerely appreciate your prompt assistance in this matter.

Subject: Complaint about not receive the Credit Card bill in time

I am writing this letter to inform you about the credit card bill which I have not received for this month which is really annoying as I keep track and clear out my payments on time so it’s a request to send the bill as soon as possible. This has never happened before with your bank (mention the bank) but this month I am totally disappointed because even when I am calling customer care they are also not able to say me anything properly.

In fact, I had a conversation with the head of the office but he was also not ready to help.
