Subject: Complaint about the issue to Redeem Gift Coupons
I am a resident of [Your Address]. On [dd/mm/yr] I bought a [Product name] serial no.xxxxx from Amazon and paid an amount of [mention amount]. On the purchase of the product mentioned above, I received a gift coupon worth [mention amount], which are to be redeemed on or before [dd/mm/yr].
On [dd/mm/yr], I tried to redeem this gift coupon, but it didn’t work for me. I tried calling the customer service about the issue, and they asked me to try the next day to redeem the coupon. The same problem repeated the next day, upon many calls and complaints to the customer service it didn’t work for me and the expiry date of the coupon is just 10days from today. I am worried that such a worthy coupon is worthless to redeem after purchasing the product, and I feel it is a way to fool a customer by offering them coupons to sell your products.
And now I am tired of it, therefore request you to kindly accept my complaint letter and resolve this issue mentioned above as soon as possible. I am enclosing all the necessary documents like the cash memo, the gift coupons.
