However, upon receiving the product, I found out it is not working correctly. After contacting the customer service, I booked for a return with the assurance of refund within ten days. It has been 15days since I have returned the product, but I have not yet received my refund amount. Even after many phone calls to the customer service, there is no proper response regarding this matter.

I need to mention that I am utterly disappointed with this kind of respond and behaviour from a reputed company like yours. I chose your portal due to its on-time delivery and a high quality. But this issue has disturbed me. I had not expected this kind of product from Amazon and also this issue of losing my money on such faulty products. I request you to solve my issue either by refunding or replacing the product.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This letter is to let you know that I had made a purchase on [mention the date] from Amazon. I had purchased [mention the name of the product] and my order number was [mention the order details]. However, after the purchase I found the product had few faults of [mention the faults]. So I asked for return and refund after return through your customer service guidelines.

With utter dissatisfaction and disappointment I would bring to your knowledge that I had made a purchase of [mention the name of the product] on [mention the date]. Though the process of raising the issue was smooth but the execution of the issue is exactly the opposite.
