Subject: complaint letter to Amazon about the delay in a refund after return
I have purchased [Name of product] from Amazon on[dd/mm/yr]. I had placed the order on [dd/mm/yy] and received my order on [dd/mm/yy]. The order Id is xxxxx. However, upon receiving the product, I found out it is not working correctly. After contacting the customer service, I booked for a return with the assurance of refund within ten days. Hence clearly indicating this issue returned the product on [dd/mm/yr].
It has been 15days since I have returned the product, but I have not yet received my refund amount. Even after many phone calls to the customer service, there is no proper response regarding this matter.
I need to mention that I am utterly disappointed with this kind of respond and behaviour from a reputed company like yours. I chose your portal due to its on-time delivery and a high quality. But this issue has disturbed me. I had not expected this kind of product from Amazon and also this issue of losing my money on such faulty products. I request you to solve my issue either by refunding or replacing the product.
