This month has been the worst of all. We really tried to help out to save your position as a janitor in this organization. You had joined [insert or write the name of the company] on [insert or write the joining date] and that has been quite a long time.

We are really not pleased that you have not picked up your skills. Your termination period will be active from [insert or write the date of termination]. For the past few days, we did notice that you were not coming on time. We saw that you had been working in a casual manner and with a lack of discipline.

This was not at all expected from your end and on the day of joining you had committed that you will deliver your duty with sincerity, dedication, and punctuality. We had kept watching your performance and several times you have been caught chatting with the staff members instead of mopping the floor of the corridors of [insert or write the name of the company].

Two days ago, we found the kitchen and cafeteria area absolutely in unclean condition. Your supervisor [insert or write the name of the supervisor] noticed the mess and then after his insistence you cleaned up the area.

Otherwise, you were busy chatting through your cell phone. You might be aware of the fact that you are not supposed to use the cell phone during duty hours except for the break timings.

You might be aware of the fact that the meal break is for maximum [insert or write the number of hours or minutes].  It has been also highly annoying to notice that you had extended your break timings.                                                       

We really cannot work with the person who has the tendency to break the rules and regulations so frequently. Your indiscipline and poor performance led us to take the decision to terminate you.
