Employed in a corporation or organization, being a loyal, dedicated, and competent employee you always see to it that the organization you are working for always receives the best from you and you always keep up with their expectations but then there might come such a time when due to some unavoidable reason you need to ask the company to accept the termination of your contract.

We indeed had a great time working together. However, the term is ending and so we need to move forward as per the rules and regulations of the company. There are certain formalities that he/she is supposed to do before leaving the premises of the company. There are few pieces of paperwork that is expected to be done by him/her . He/she will be also submitting the company assets given to him/her.

We all know that he/she has been putting efforts to make way for the company to gain ranking in the US market. We all have been witness to remarkable progress contributed by him/her. He/she had indeed met the challenges very easily. 

We also had made progress under his/her influence and motivation.

I am personally feeling sad that a candidate like him/her is ending the services with us. But the company norms and policies demands us to go ahead and take the relevant steps for accepting and  processing the termination of the contract of Mr./Ms.[ name].  

As per information in the company’s records, he had started his contractual work with our company with the date effective from [ date].

Hence, it is an appeal from end to kindly accept the termination of his/her contract. It will help us to go ahead regarding this issue. Please do the relevant formalities as needed for relieving him/her from the company’s duties.
