Sometimes even when a particular employee works his or her level best still, due to certain changes in the policies or rules and regulations of the organization, you need to frame a contract termination letter.

But writing such a letter for such an employee, especially when he or she worked for quite some time, might become a bit difficult for you so in order to make things easy, I have written an effective sample letter, following which you will be able to write yours with complete ease.

We are informing you through this letter that we no longer need your service of (mention the service details) for us. But now as the requirements of our organization have been changed therefore we are unable to continue the business and relationship with you.

Our contract was renewed on the date of (mention the date) but we want to terminate that contract on behalf of our institution. We are sorry for this termination but please treat this letter as a notice or a reminder we do not want to renew or continue our contract further.

You are given 15 days to give a reply to this notice. We hope this will be not good news for you but we are forced to do this due to our new situation.
