Dear Sir/ Madam
I am writing to discuss a problem concerning a product that I purchased from your online store. I ordered a ______ on 24 Aug 2020. The order stated that delivery will be done within a week. Today in the early morning when my parcel was delivered, I become very much anxious to have a new phone. I was very excited while opening the box. Alas! It was a used item. It is actually second hand.
Used item is a piece of personal property that is being purchased by or transferred to a second user. By looking the phone’s appearance, I confirmed that it is a used item. I observed some scratches in screen and in backside also. The phone was very important for me as my old phone was broken. So, I don’t have a phone now. I don’t want a refund. Therefore, I request you to send me the correct product as soon as possible. Of course, I do not expect to be responsible for paying the return shipping costs or any other cost.
Please advise me on how you wish to handle the return of the good, the courier and the collection date. I have attached herewith the invoice which has been sent to me during the time of ordering. I have also attached photos of the delivered product. Please go through that and replace the product as soon as possible.
