The customer service representative mentioned several plans to choose from and I chose the best suiting my financial preferences. A deal was made in the call itself and the representative informed me that an agent would come over to my place to do the required paperwork.

As per discussion, the agent was scheduled to come to my place after [mention time]. I called your company on the said date as the agent did not show at my place and the representative informed me that agents are busy with some other work.

Finally, the agent came over to my place after fifteen days. He did half of the paperwork on that day and was informed that he needs some additional documents from the office to complete it. I even paid the first premium. It has been a month and the agent has not shown up yet even after multiple calls and my policy is still not issued.
