Welcome to our company (mention the name and details of the company) as an HR intern. We are very happy that you joined our company. We got to know about all your skills and experience so long.  

We always organize a welcome party for all our employees on their first day of work. So as you know your joining date will be on ( mention the date) at (mention the time).

The party will be after working hours. At first, you will meet our general manager Mr./Mrs (mention the name of general manager) he/she will introduce you to our other employees.

He/she will also make you understand your work. For the first few days, he/she will also guide you on your work. 

As a reminder, our dress code is formal. Please remember to carry all your documents on your first day and your identification card along with you.
