Third Party Letter of Authorization: 4 Templates

As an owner of the company, you must look for reliable and efficient employees to play the role of third party in your company in your absence. You can appoint the person in the role of a third parry during the period of your absence from your work.

To authorize a person in the role of a third party, you must take the consent of the lawyer. There are templates down below from which you can take help to write an authorization letter.

  1. [ name of the person ] is working as a [ position ] in construction company of [ another company name].
  2. He has been successfully leading several  construction projects in power plant and steel plant areas of different locations of US.

  1. He has been able to finish every project within the deadlines. 

It is in respect for constructing the chimney, blast furnace and a water treatment in the site location of [ location details ] in the state of [ state name] in US.

I appoint [ name of the person] as the agent of my company to join immediately with effective date on [ date] and complete the construction activities by [effective date].

As a legal third party agent of [ your company] , [ the name of person ] will be entitled to get following facilities from us:

  1. Residential accommodation
  2. Company transport

An official payment of $[ amount ] will be made for initiating the construction work with the date effective from [ effective date] towards [ name of the person ] who is working in [ other company name]. 

This letter remains as a proof of agreement between [ name of the person ] of [ other company ] and I [ your name ] of [ company name]. 

For the legal approval of third party agent by our company, we are enclosing the necessary details of identification.

With the legible permission of [ lawyer], who is working in the[ company name], I do take the responsibility of appointing [ name of person ].

It is because I know him personally and professionally. As a matter of fact, he is the unit head of the designing department for the construction of [ mention the nature of construction].

He has been sincerely performing the duties ever since the company [another company name] had signed the project of [ mention project name]. 

I fully authorize [ name of the person ] to act on behalf of our company to appoint and legally sanction the contractors and suppliers for the new project.

I direct [ name of the person ] to pass the tender in concern with the appointment of the new contractor and supplier of the raw materials.  

As a third party agent, he is entitled to receive payment for initiating the construction work with the date effective from [ date].

As a trusted third party agent of our company,[ name of person] is authorized to appoint the laborers and other staff members to finish the construction before [ mention effective date]. 

In form of a legible third party agent, [ name of person] is empowered to take up the responsibilities of our company’s financial transactions. 

[ name of the person ] is also entitled with the rights of issuing invoices for the sales and purchases using the letter heads of our company. 

[ name of person ] will be entitled to receive payment of $[ amount ] as per the terms and conditions of [ your company name]. 

I [ your name ] will remain responsible for whatever responsibilities and decision taken by [ name of person ] in the role of third party. 

I do require the initials of the two witnesses from [ your company and two from [ other company name] for the approval of the third-party authorization.
