As an art director, you have been assigned to lead your team of artists, to determine which artistic elements to use, articulate the vision to their team, review and approve copy, photography, or designs, develop budgets and timelines and determine the best represent the creative director’s concept.

When you were hired, you were one of the best members of our company.
