When you are a student staying away from your home in some other city to gain better education then obviously you will be staying in some rented flat.

As you know that this is our last year of college life so we have decided to do a get-together with all of our friends.

My flat is very near to my college and it is situated in the middle area for everyone’s convenience. So, looking into this we have decided to do the party at our flat. This is a request letter to give us permission to our get-together.

Lastly, I would like to request you to please grant me permission so that we can do the get-together at our flat. We assure you that we will not create any unacceptable behavior or won’t create any unnecessary noise. Please do accept our letter and grant us permission.
