We feel extremely happy when we receive goods or materials which we have ordered. In response to that parcel, we must write a thank you letter. These are the letters written to politely acknowledge a gift or service.

How to write a good thank you letter for goods and materials received-

  • Thank the sender for whatever you received.
  • You should also indicate how the goods or materials should be used.
  • The message should be short and to the point
