It pains me that your company claims to provide one of the best services in the whole town and yet this is the case. I trusted on your service through your portal reviews  and you have disappointed me to great extent. I was promised on time delivery for the package and that is the reason I paid premium amount. Such acts will end up in loosing valuable customers. 

I am attaching the details of my order. I expect for a half refund on my amount due to the delay and issue caused by you. Kindly look into the matter.

For your kind information I beg to state, I have a complaint about your courier service. I am very sorry to say that your company really failed to meet my expectations and I am really unhappy about your customer care service. I was promised on time delivery for the courier and for that I had also paid the extra charges. This irresponsibility can easily end up in losing some valuable customers.

I am writing this letter to complain you about the poor courier service of your company. With addition to the delay in delivery, the parcel was also not packed properly and the condition of the item inside was really pathetic.

Even though it has been mentioned by your company, that you will help the customers with any type of problem, but unfortunately, I was unable to receive any kind of help for those three days from your company.

I feel real pain to say that, your company has failed to meet my expectations and I am really disappointed with your customer care service. I trusted on your service after seeing some positive customer reviews. I was promised about the timely delivery of the courier and for that I did not hesitate to pay the extra charges. But I am very unhappy with the result.
