This letter is to acquaint you with a few incidents that involved your negligence and have put the organization into trouble.

As you are aware, the organization is very particular about the punctuality of its employees. Your absence left us shorthanded on one of the busiest nights of the week, in addition to which we had received several customer complaints concerning slow service.
If your absence was due to circumstances beyond your control, or if there is other information you feel we need to know, please contact us via a call to schedule an appeal meeting. If we do not hear from you within 7 business days, we will consider the matter closed.
