As discussed in the meeting, we are hereby writing this letter to inform you officially that you are no longer required to fill in the role of a corporate trainer at [insert or write the name of the organization or company] from [insert or write the date] onwards. Please note that the decision taken is irreversible.

You have served as an able, sincere, diligent, and responsible member of this company who made sure to give his best initially. We have noted that your association with the other members of the company has been a pleasant one as well.

You have always been very cordial and warm to your team members but as you know already, the reason why we decided to go for your termination has been your sudden deteriorating and subsequent poor performance in the last quarterly evaluation. 

Functioning as an educator for the other newly employed members, at the beginning of your career here, you performed quite well but last year’s evaluation report shows that the knowledge imparted by you to the employees has been not good enough, which has affected the business as their performance had not been up to the mark.

The guidance provided by you has not made them achieve their goals with perfection. Being the corporate trainer, your responsibility in our company had been an important one but you failed to carry it out successfully at the end, so with immense disappointment, we are left with no other option but to let you go.

Please ensure that the company property is returned safely to us on your last working day. We hope that you bring improvement and see where you are lacking before trying for other opportunities in the future.
