Dear [Mention the full name of the recipient],

I am leaving my position as a Welder at the company (mention name of the company). My last working day here will be on (mention the date) as I have my Ph.D. soon (mention the name of the city/state) I will not be able to continue working here.

But I am fortunate to be here with all of you for such a long time now as working here was amazing. The work environment was so nice and healthy, and also the colleagues who are not friends have been very supportive throughout.

I would also like to thank all my seniors who motivated me and the boss who always talk to us and try to understand our situation if anyone is in a problem. So I must say that this company has a very good unity and I will always cherish the memories forever.

As the task of a welder is not so easy here we have to read blueprints and plan procedures, determine the proper equipment’s, set up welding accordingly, with that have to operate angle grinders and align components, and many more but all was possible with the help of you all people.

As you all know that I will not be working from the mentioned date above but I will be available if any one of you needs help, so you can still contact me at my personal number or my email ID (Mention the contact or email id) I will be happy to respond.

Thank you so much

 Yours,

Sincerely,

[Mention your Full Name]
