Our business relations have always been warm and we have always been there for each other, so, this time too, I am expecting your presence.

A Letter on Earth Day

Dear Parents,

I, [mention your name], the [mention your post] is writing this letter on behalf of [mention the name of the educational institution] to inform you that on this Earth Day, all of us, including the teachers and staff members have decided to keep a special event where we plan to raise awareness on ocean pollution due to plastic. 

According to facts, and from what you might have heard or known, [mention the percentage] of plastics that are found in the ocean are the garbage generated by humans, that eventually end up over there. This has been harming marine life and more and more fish are dying, consuming them. This is really sad and we are taking a small initiative to put an end to it.

We want all the students to attend this special event on Earth Day and prepare a speech on this topic. Some of the students will also be performing drama and holding placards, they will be conducting a story session too for the junior kids. We have already prepared them for this and you might have heard about it from the children.

It will be nice if they are dressed accordingly on this day. The color code of the event will be a combination of blue and green. As you know, the motto of our school is ‘’strive for progress and you will achieve perfection at the end’’.

We have arranged a special competition too, where the children can create murals on the topic mentioned above and the winner kids will be getting 3 exciting prizes from our respected principal, Mr. or Mrs. [mention then full name] with the rest of the students getting consolation prizes. On this day, important guests from different schools will be coming and we sincerely hope that you attend and enjoy the program, motivating your kids.
