Based on your inefficiency and [insert or write the reasons for termination], you have been selected for the termination process by the board of directors of [insert or write the name of the company]. We do apologize for this inconvenience caused to you.

You have been part of [insert or write the name of the company] since [insert or write the number of years/months]. We did form a good emotional bonding and it is also hard for us to depart from you.

But then [insert or write the name of the company] needs performance in best form on day to day basis. We did not notice any progress in you on a professional level and hence we cannot go further beyond this. 

We do admit the fact that you have tried your best in proving your ability as the sales trainer. But this is not up to the standard of a company. You lacked the confidence and leadership ability. This is not expected from the candidate who has been appointed in the post of Sales Trainer.

We had set high expectations on you as we found you holding an experience of [insert or write the number of years or months] in the corporate sector in the position of sales trainer. You are also a certified trainer.

But we have found that you have not understood the responsibilities very well. You conducted the training sessions without assessing the candidates properly. 

You did not check how much did candidates learn from your training sessions. You could have probed them on a regular basis. There were some audio recordings of some of the best performers.

You did not help play those recordings. Otherwise, they could have learned some soft skills by listening to those recorded ones. 

We really cannot keep anyone who is a nonperformer. You have been given ample of chances to prove yourself best in the position of a sales trainer. Except for the first batch, you have failed to train the rest of the batches. You have failed to roll out better curriculum for training the candidates. 

You lacked in the ability to bond well with the candidates whom you were training. Try to choose a job that suits your ability and comfort level. This is the only piece of advice we can provide to you.
