Writing a Job Offer Letter: 4 Templates

You have to keep certain factors in mind while structuring an offer letter for the particular candidate whom you have chosen through the interview. You will be mentioning the job title, salary, benefits and terms and conditions. You would be clearly mentioning the expectations the company is looking for in the candidate. The offer letter must be made as per the local law and policies of the organization. You must follow the pattern of these templates.

As per the discussion held on the date of the interview, your salary package will be $[ amount ] per annum and you will be paid on a monthly/ weekly basis. You can also avail the facility of direct deposit. 

Your joining date is effective on [ mention joining date]. You have been selected as a full time/part-time employee of the organization. You will be reporting to [ mention reporting manager]. 

You will be facilitated with full family coverage as per the employee benefit plan and it is scheduled to be started from [ date]. You will be entitled to avail the optical and dental insurance. You can find the information of the salary details given on the next page.

You must be sure of the fact that there would not be any kind of advanced payment for job. 

As an employee of the company, you will be legible for an insurance benefits plan related to your health grounds. You will be given dental and optical insurance plan. 

You will be entitled to receive a flexible paid time off plan that would include your vacation, personal and sick leave. It will be calculated on the basis of one day of every month of your employment period through the year. You will qualify for the retirement plan the moment you will complete 90 days of your employment period.

You will be receiving an insurance package for your entire family and it will be initiated through the employee benefit scheme of our company and it will be effective from [date]. 

You will be entitled to receive insurance benefits for optical and dental reasons.
