With a deep apology, we need to inform you that we are not able to further continue with you in [insert or write the name of the company]. You had been selected for the position of a production worker in [insert or write the name of the company] [insert or write the number of years/months] ago.

But you had failed to justify your designation in this company. In fact, your performance had been of extremely poor quality. What we understand is that you do not have good communication skills and also managerial potency. As a production worker, you had been given certain tasks which are directly related to the continuous growth of the company. But you have failed to assert your ability in managing the inventory items. Last week, we did find some of the equipment missing from the warehouse which was purchased in the previous month.

You could not justify the missing pieces from the warehouse room. In the last month, there was a fault in the machinery and that had increased the production cost and due to this, some of the workers are idle for almost the working hours. You did not take the initiative to call the mechanic from the maintenance department to fix the fault in the machinery.

You must be aware of the fact that a company can run if only the employees united put efforts. Instead, you were busy chit-chatting with the employees and laborers in the production area. This has indeed affected the business in a worse way. 

We really cannot continue to work with people who do not have a sense of responsibility and are not bothered about the reputation of the company. 

You will definitely get better opportunities somewhere else. One good thing we did notice was that you did not take supervisory help from the very beginning. That is highly appreciating.
