You have not proved your competency and efficiency as the General Counsel even though you have been able to procure excellent academic records from the reputed law school along with an experience of [insert or write the number of years of previous experience] in the corporate sector. 

We did think that you will bring some changes in the policies of the company with your specialization and experience in corporate laws. But you really make any amendments. You have offended the board of directors with your lack of coordination and communication.

You simply could not answer their queries during the meeting held last week related to current changes in the organization’s operations and management. You have not been able to maintain records on the desktop computer in a proper way.

You could not produce the document of agreement that was signed by the vendor for the receipt of the payment. You are supposed to maintain both the hard and soft copies of all kinds of commercial transactions in the right order. 

Moreover, you have failed to prove your skills in typing the appointment letters for the new joiners of the company last week. There were a lot of spelling errors. We just wonder that how can you do such silly errors even after gaining so much experience in the field of General Counseling.

What we have anticipated is that you are not focused on your job at the moment. It would be better for you to take some rest and then join elsewhere. You will get your final paycheck on your last working day.
