Dear Sir/Madam,

This is very important to notify you about the fact that  I [ your name] am currently staying at your property from [ starting date] till [ending date] , and would like vacate by next month on [ date ].

 As you know the address of the place where I stay is [ address details].

As I have staying for last [ time span] years, it is indeed a great pleasure to be a part of your property as a tenant. I would like to inform you that my family members have been quite impressed by the service that you have given to me as a landlord.

I am really grateful that you have not charged anything extra in all these [ time span ] years.  The terms and conditions that you had set up for me as a tenant had been quite convenient for me to adjust with.

I would like to remind you about the amount that I paid during the booking the property.

I had paid the security money of $[ amount ] along with $[ amount ] as rent in the initial period of booking. I would like to share the details of the transaction that I made during the time of booking and it is  $[ amount]. I have already attached the documents along with this official letter.

Firstly, I must say thanks to you for allowing me to stay at the property [ address] for last [ time span] years. It was really very enjoyable period for my family members and me. 

As you might remember that I had also stayed earlier at your premises from [ starting date ] till [ ending date]. 

I would like to inform you that even my family members have been very grateful to you for the support you have given.

My family members include my wife and my two children. It had been quite convenient for my wife and children to commute to office and school easily. 

You would be happy to know because of the convenience to reach to school, children had been able to do well in their studies.  In fact, my first child had been able to clear High School Diploma with a percentage above [ percent ]%..

Now to remind about the last  agreement that I had made with you regarding the property,  it was declared that I would be paying an amount for $ [ amount ] next 11 months

As it is going to be towards the end of the 11 months, I am supposed to vacate the place on [ mention date] , so the days are not that far, I must remind you of the fact about that the security deposit that  I would be expecting to get from you is $ [ amount] by the end of this month once I vacate the house.

I must thank you for allowing my family members stay comfortably. I must be also thankful for giving discount on water and electricity facilities. 

On the day of booking your property as a tenant, I had paid an amount of $ [amount] as rent and a security deposit of $ [amount] for next six months.

You had given me rent agreement on which you had mentioned that I will have to pay $ [amount] as rent for every month.

You had also mentioned that the electricity will be as per the meter readings.

It is necessary to inform you that I would be vacating your premises on [ mention date ] and I had already mentioned it over the phone yesterday. 

I would like to let you that I had paid a security deposit of $ [ amount ] for the 6 months in advance along with the rent [time span] years back.

I have signed an agreement with you related to payment of rent and security deposit during the period of booking the property at [ address].

The reason of leaving your property is as per the latest agreement that was made 11 months ago. It is already stated in the rent agreement that I will be vacating the premises on [ date ]. And so I am vacating on that day without causing any damage to the property.
