You will be authorizing the person on legal terms to take responsibility to deal with any matter related to any business or organization to take necessary action.

It is required to be notarized and only the licensing officer is responsible for structuring and certifying the document for the person who will be performing tasks as per the authorization. It is required to get the signature and seal from the notary officer for the activation of the document in a legal way.

As I know my tenant personally, Mr./Ms. [name] is a graduate/ post graduate from [ university name]. His/her permanent address is in [ mention address details].

He/she is a son/ daughter of  [ father’s name]  and his/ her mother’s name is [ mother’s name]. 

Currently, he/she is working in the position of [ position ] . I do authorize him/her to stay in the apartment located at [ neighborhood]. This letter is a proof of agreement between Mr./Ms. [ name ] as a tenant and I as a landlord. This letter will remain valid for next 11 months.

 After that, he/she will be asked to leave the premises. During these 11 months, if he or she is found breaking any kind of society rules or obligations then he/she will be expected to vacate the premises immediately.

As a legible tenant of this property for next 11 months, he is entitled to use 1 room, kitchen and balcony. He/she is not entitled to go to the terrace for personal use. 

He/she is expected to show his/her id details during in to the building premises where he will be staying as a tenant. 

He/she is expected to maintain discipline in the room that he will be staying as a tenant. Any kind of sound or disturbance will not be permitted. 

As a tenant, he /she is expected to pay an amount of $ [ amount] on [ date ] of every month. Delay is not acceptable.

He/she will be getting water supply for 24 hours.He/She will be liable to pay for the electricity, water and gas connection. 

I do hereby authorize the tenant for a peaceful stay at [ mention address]. I request Mr/Ms. [ name of tenant] to sign this notary authorization and send it to Mr./Ms. [ name] .
