Letter to Decline order due to lack of availability

I would like to inform you that I am going to cancel my order because I am not getting the color of my choice of product. Initially, you promised to provide the color I want but now you are denying that.

Despite having so much name and fame of your brand, you cannot fulfill your customers’ needs. This behavior can be harmful to your prestige.
There is no loss of mine because I will get any other dress for the function but in return, you will start getting negative reviews for your brand. This careless attitude is not expected from the big names.
