I am so grateful for the opportunity you are offering me, but I regret to inform you that I cannot accept your offer because I think joining your company with the same position I am having presently will not bring growth in my career.

I am looking for a job where I have bigger responsibilities, more challenging projects, and capacity development. and I’m sorry to say that I don’t think that this job will allow me to meet bigger clients and I cannot expand my skills.

This time I want to lead the team on important projects. I want to take growth which is not possible if I agree to join this time. I know that you are offering me a better salary but I am really not interested in a hike this time I will go for growth because I am already satisfied with my current salary and an increment in my salary doesn’t matter to me.

if going for a new job doesn’t offer me new opportunities and chances then definitely I will end up getting bored in a few months. I really don’t want to go for a job where I will be stuck in my comfort zone and cannot push myself to achieve higher goals.

Decline Training Offer Letter

Dear (Name of the person),

I was so happy to get your offer letter yesterday but unfortunately, I decided not to accept this offer because the salary which you have stated in it was far too less for me. I am not comfortable working with this pay scale. My current salary is dollar X per month but you are offering me less than that.

Also, I have experience of 5 years in the same field so how could I get agree to accept such a proposal. I am sorry to tell you but I cannot join in such conditions. I am the only working person in my family. I am the only one who earns the bread for my family members, that is why at any cost I cannot cope with you.

It is against my dignity to earn a lesser salary than what I earn today. The name and fame of the institution do not matter. Sometimes we also have to look for the salary, especially in cases like mine.

It was really not expected from such a renowned institution that they will offer such a low salary to the employees who are well educated and experienced. I hope that you will forward this offer letter to anybody else who is in greater need than me. I am absolutely satisfied with my present job and its salary.

Decline Training Offer Letter

I am sorry to inform you that I cannot accept your training offer due to some unsatisfactory terms which are mentioned in the offer. The double deduction of the salary on the weekends is stated to which I felt objection second thing which I felt that there is no mode of conveyance to pick up and drop, the third thing is the long-stay backs after the office timings.

I don’t think I can cope with your institution with such obligations. I hope you understand that I have my own reasons for rejection because I don’t think that it will be a good idea to start a job in an institution where your mind and your heart are never happy.

I am sorry, but I am really not satisfied with your offer. Despite having a huge name for your institution, I cannot work with you. 

The institution in which I am currently working is suitable for me as I had already worked here for three years and hoping to continue with more years. I am so comfortable with their terms and conditions and also, the understanding between me and this institution is really great.

You will find a suitable candidate who is in the need of this job and also so wants to start their career as a fresher. It will definitely be a huge opportunity for them.

Decline Training Offer Letter

Dear (Name of the person),

This letter is in regard to the training offer which you offered me before 2 days. I considered your offer carefully and then came to a decision that I could not accept this offer as your institute is too far from my place and it will take a minimum of 1 hour to reach there by private transportation.

It will become hectic for me to travel such a long distance. That is why I am not able to accept it. It was a huge opportunity for me to work with you but my health does not allow me to travel for hours. It does not make any sense to join your institute and reach there late or if I reach on time then I will be tired throughout the day.

You are also not offering any conveyance or any pickup and dropping facility. Also, I do not own any personal vehicle and my financial condition is also not sound that I can have it immediately. 

my present job is more convenient for me as I have to travel for only 5 minutes by bus and it takes hardly 15 minutes to walk. In the evening when I returned from the office I mostly chose to walk. but it cannot be possible for me if I choose your offer because sometimes in the evening we may not get any public transport on time so I don’t want to put my life at risk.

Decline Training Offer Letter

Dear (Name of the person),

Thank you for giving me an opportunity to give fitness training to the students of your school but after considering your offer carefully I have decided not to accept this offer as the offer you suggested needs 6 hours a day of commitment but my present job wants only 4 hours per day.

It is more convenient for me to stick to my present job. I know that it will be great exposure for me to accept your offer, but I have given my 2 years to my present institute and am emotionally attached to the people there.

I want to work for them a little longer. This institute is neither so big nor offers me a huge salary but still, the people around here are so friendly. also I share a special bond with students.

It takes time to adjust to a new place if you already work comfortably in your past job, and also students face difficulties cooperating with new trainers.

I am sorry for rejecting your offer as I am not in a need to join a new place and also I am financially sound. My present job has my heart and I did this job just because I got respect here and they need me more. Salary is not everything you always want to have. I hope you will get a better trainer for your school as this school has a huge name.

If you want, then I can visit your school every week and can take extra sessions with students.
