Dear (Name of the person),

Thank you for the opportunity you provided me by giving me the job offer but I am sorry that I have to decline it even after accepting it.

Fortunately or unfortunately my family is planning to move on to a foreign country and I also have to go with them that is why I have to decline this offer to you. It was not an easy task for me to take this decision, but I have no other option to take. My family never allow me to be here on my own.

It was my dream job which was going to come true so soon but I think I have really bad luck with this. To the offer for which I have waited for so long now, I have to decline it like this. I had never thought that I have to do this by myself. 

I hope you will understand what I am going through right now. I have lost all hopes for my future. I don’t know what I’m going to do now. My family gets so much stubborn sometimes. They are not even bothering to listen to me. I hope that they can ever put themselves in my shoes and understand my pain.

Being younger in the family does not mean that we have no right to fulfill our dreams. Maybe sometimes we can do nothing in some situations.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I have to decline the offer which I accepted earlier. some family problems are going on in my family, which is why I cannot be able to join the office.

It is my obligation to listen to him as he has done everything for my upbringing. He provided me with all the facilities and luxuries to make me feel comfortable. I am sorry, but I have to take this decision and finally decided to not go to a job.

I hope I have something better than this for my future. Maybe next time, he will be comfortable allowing me for a job. I will wait for his permission.

I know that he will make the best decisions for me and I respect his feelings toward me. I am sorry that I am declining this offer right after accepting it.

I felt extremely sorry to inform you that I have to decline the offer which I accepted last week. I am suffering from typhoid for the last two days and cannot be able to join the office from tomorrow.

My doctor has advised me to take complete bed rest for at least two months. because it was a chronic fever and there is no chance of getting cured early.

I am so depressed to tell you that I have to decline this offer because I don’t think it will be fair to you to let you wait for a long time. I don’t want to keep any misconception about my joining. 

I request you to arrange an interview for other candidates for the same post so that your work has not to be suffered. If I knew that I had to go through with this fever then I would never accept your offer.

It is a shameful act for me to reject my offer after accepting it. I had also asked the doctor to work from home, but he does not allow me to do so. I am so helpless this time.

I agree that it will be unfair to you because I accepted it earlier, but I was not aware that I will get this offer. They were so happy with my interview and also impressed with my work experience.

They kept on forcing me and I also cannot resist accepting their offer. It will be a great opportunity for me to work with them on such a high pay scale with extra facilities.

If there is any other candidate in my place, they will also do the same that I did. I don’t think it is bad to think about our future. Everyone has the right to make important decisions in their lives.
