I am writing this letter to know information about the mortgage. I want to take this mortgage loan for this purpose (mention). 

I want to take a loan against my property (mention). So, I want to know from you that how much loan (amount) I will get. I also want to know if you are sending anybody to check the quality and condition of the property. I would like to know the rules and regulations that I have to follow. I shall be grateful if you kindly tell me about the documents which I have to submit to confirm this mortgage loan. 

I want to know the amount of interest that I have to give (monthly/ yearly) and any other fees also (such as application fees, appraisal fees, settlement fees, title fees, title insurance recording fees, and mortgage guarantee fees). 

I also want to know the deposit to secure the sale. 

Kindly help me with all the details as soon as possible, so that I can get the loan against my property.
