Job Transfer Confirmation Letter Template

Working in a certain corporation or organization it might so happen that a particular employee wants to have a department transfer for some reason. If you find that the reasons given behind such a transfer are valid and the company won’t be suffering anyhow for this, then you frame a confirmation letter next, approving it.

Your timing schedule will be the same. You will get [Amount] as your salary per [Month/Year]. You are requested to follow the regulations of the department and you are not allowed to cross your limit and interfere in any matter of [Name of the Department].

We have attached your transfer contract with this letter. Please consider the terms, and conditions, and sign on that.
