This time I really want to lead the team on important projects. I want to take growth which is not possible if I agree to join this time.

I know that you are offering me a better salary but I am really not interested in a hike but this time I will go for growth because I am already satisfied with my current salary and an increment in my salary doesn’t matter for me.
