On successful selection of a candidate for a job role, the Human Resources Team usually sends an offer letter to the candidate informing him or her about the piece and mentioning the terms and conditions of the employment.
This letter should have a very formal tone and mention all relevant information such as place, date, and time of joining. It should also mention the salary structure and perks and benefits of the job and the probation period and any other relevant information.
