As a Barback you will be needed to perform different sets of duties before, during, and after the service. During the service, you will need to clean counters, glasses, and dishes, clean any spilled over drink and broken glassware, help the bartender with any needed help and collect glasses from the bar. After the service, you will need to clean counters, recycle and trash the garbage, wash glasses and dishes, restock the bar, clean and unclog the sink and sweep the bar.
