Dear [Mention the full name of the recipient],

I am writing this letter to inform you that I am leaving my position as Typist at this company (mention name of the company). My last working day will be on (mention the date) as my wife is ill due to which I have to stay with her in my hometown (mention the name of the city).

But, I will miss everyone from this office, as working here was a great experience, and I would like to thank everyone who made my journey so easy. I really appreciate how people work here and are very helpful; even the seniors are amazing and guide us well.

I want to thank all my friends that I made here in this company, as they have been very supportive and cooperative. I had a very nice experience working here; even our boss and head were friendly and helped us when needed.

As you know, the task of being a typist is not that easy as we have to type fast and handle sensitive information very carefully with full attention, but it was made easy with the constant support and help from my colleagues, for which I am grateful for. So if in future I will get a chance to join, here again, I will surely do that.

As will only be available till the above mention date, that doesn’t mean I will not be there for anyone of you; you can still get in touch with me at my email Id (mention his emails Id) or at my number (mention the number) I will be happy to help.

Thank you so much

Yours,

Sincerely,
