This letter is for all of you to inform you that I am leaving the company (mention the name of the company) for the position of Barback due to the death of my wife. As I don’t think I will be able to work properly so my last day of working will be on (mention the date).

This company has given me everything as I joined here when I was just studying, so I thank a lot to everyone who supported me, motivated me, and helped me in this journey here of mine. I want to especially thank my boss who saw the potential and the HR and also my senior who guided me well and never got irritated by my numerous questions.

I will miss working here with you all but as I want to give time to me and my family and my personal reasons I will not continue. But this doesn’t mean that I will not keep in touch with you all.  You get in touch with me whenever you all want. So, I must say at last that it was a wonderful experience working with you all in this company.

With that I also like to mention the work which was not easy at all of a barback which we had to do were to assist opening and the closing procedures behind the bars, restocking it and so the preparation of the garnishes.

With that, we had to give excellent customer service as well. Also, we had to be available to work in shifts including weekends and holidays. But with such friendly people here, it was easy for me to do this.
