Easter is known to be the most important occasion in the Christian tradition. It is the day when Lord Jesus Christ was resurrected. He became alive after he was crucified on Good Friday. The whole world mourns on Good Friday and celebrates in happiness with him being alive again. Resurrection day of Christ becomes the occasion or family gathering. People do arrange feasts and invite relatives and friends and hold processions in the name of Jesus Christ.

As you know that today is Easter, it is the day we celebrate the resurrection of Christ on Easter Sunday by going for prayer service in the Church. 

I really love this occasion as it is celebrated during the spring season. It is really the perfect time for meeting and enjoying time with friends. It is the time of spring equinox. It brings relief after the long snowy winter with birds chirping by and trees and plants blossoming with beautiful flowers. 

I am really thankful for the Easter Card that you sent me this time. I am making it a point to visit your house on Sunday after attending the prayer service for Easter. 

For the last [ timespan] years, I had been not able to come and attend the Easter feast at the afternoon. But you have been always regular in the Christmas party hosted by me at my residence. 

There will be a surprise for you even after Sunday. I will be organizing party on Monday in the afternoon time. It will be held at [ venue name]. You must surely drop at [party time]. I will be introducing you to my colleagues and friends. 

Recently, I got promoted in the position of [position] at [office name] and therefore I had decided to organize a party during the Easter festival. You have always been a great friend of mine and how could I start a party without you.

I have arranged a traditional Easter menu for all of you. You will surely enjoy the Easter recipes. I will introduce you to the colleagues of my office. And I do believe that you know rest of my friends from my college days. Even they will also be present during the Easter Monday party. 

Once I am thanking you for sending me the wonderful Easter card and inviting me for attending the feast on Easter Sunday. I will be surely there on that day.

I love to celebrate the festivity of Easter with my near and dear ones and you are one of them. As you know that Lord Jesus keeps answering our prayers by telling us to spread love and compassion, I am sending you a gift in form of a parcel to you on the occasion of Easter. 

I am obliged for whatever you have given me during every occasion, be it Christmas, New Year, my marriage anniversary, birthday and Easter of course. You are really the one who actually fits the phrase “Friend in need is friend indeed”. 

If God asks me to choose between Gold, silver, diamonds and you then I will surely choose you. It is because you are precious than anything else in this world. You have always stood by me during my financial crisis. You had helped me to cope with difficulties during my jobless days.

I am thankful for the counseling that I had received from your end during the period of my unemployment. You had morally encouraged me to clear the interview. 

I just remember the time when I got my first salary, and I bought an Easter cake for you. I could not do more than this during that point of time. But you looked so happy and delighted. You actually never asked from for anything.

However, I have made a plan to organize a lunch party at my residence on Easter Sunday. I would like you to drop in on that day sharp at [party time] pm. I will be waiting for you. I will not celebrate Easter party until you come with your family members.

I am writing this letter to you to share my feelings of love and compassion with you, dear friend. You have been my friend since the time of our childhood period. I remember you when I met you in the Church after the Sunday service. It is my mother who had become friends of your mother. 

We were introduced to each other through our mothers. I will never forget those beautiful days when we had gone together in our summer camp organized by the Church. I remember our Pastor and thankful for encouraging us for Bible studies and setting up a spiritual environment and inculcating Christian values within us. 

Our Pastor had encouraged us to focus our relationship with God. I am also trying my best to inculcate the same values in my daughter. I am teaching her how to prepare Easter recipes. I am planning to organize a lunch party at my residence on the day of Easter and that is on Easter Sunday. You must join us after the service at the church. 

I am coming with my daughter and husband to celebrate Easter at my mother’s place. I will first go to the same church that we used to go during the childhood days. I am hoping to see you over there. You must come with your family members. I do believe that we will have a great time during the Easter Sunday Afternoon. 

Kindly do not bring any more gifts this time as you always do.  What is more important for me is your presence. It is you who has helped me to understand the true meaning of friendship that had blossomed during the religious summer camp during the childhood days. I always thank God for this beautiful relationship that I have with you.

You always delight me with handsome personality, wonderful voice and attractive glances with your expressive eyes and gestures. Without you in my life, it would have been terrible for me to survive and move ahead. You were the one who supported me and comforted me during my father’s death. 

You were the one who aroused me from depression and gave me a new lease of life. You had actually given me the self-confidence during my graduation days. It was difficult for me to move ahead as I had lost my father and I could not cope with the situation. 

I do not have enough words to thank you for whatever you have done for me. 

My prayers are always for you to God. May you find all wishes come true during this Easter and every time. 

May you find your dreams come true? I want to see you successful all throughout your life. You are the one I have always dreamt of in my life and it is inner desire to settle down with you and spend rest of the life in happiness and peace.
