Dear (name of the person) sir,

I am (name of the person) the manager of (name of the bank branch) I would like to inform you that the application that you have sent to us has been rejected by the upper authorities of our Bank.

Your late payments and the bouncing charges that are levied on your loan installments made everything hard for our Bank to trust you. For the last 2 years, there has been an amount of interest paid by your side and now your property is on the verge of auction.

Please pay your due amount with interest by the end of this year otherwise we will have to take strict actions against you.

for the last 2 years, our bank has sent you a number of warning messages and you haven’t replied to any of them. Our authorities are also considering it as disrespectful behavior. your credit score has come to a very poor category.

We have also inquired that you have not paid your credit card bills. the other Bank has also issued notices against you. we tried to help you but because of your credit score, we will not be able to help you in this situation. but fortunately, our upper authorities have considered your application as a serious apology from your side that’s why our bank has decided to extend the time limit for your unpaid loan, and your installments are divided into smaller parts.

You have to pay your two years installment altogether in the next 6 months for activating this condition.

Thank you for contacting us, we hope that you would consider our offer.

Thank Your

(name of the branch manager)
