I am writing this letter regarding my visit to your restaurant on date. I would like to bring it to your notice that I am highly disappointed on the behaviour that was exhibited from your end. I was with the family on the eve of my child’s birthday. We ordered a plate of starters and main course and we were served on proper time interval. When we started to eat, my child complained that the food tasted a bit awkward. I did not pay any attention thinking he might be doing mischief but once I tried to taste the food, I could not even gulp down my throat. It was the worst tasting food I ever had.
When I tried another item, it tasted the same. I tried to smell the food and a really pungent and foul smell came out of it, the way it comes out from stale items.
I am shocked that how can you as a reputed restaurant even do these kinds of unacceptable and unethical behaviour. My child’s birthday turned out to be disaster and all the credits go to you people. I don’t even understand how can you people act so careless. It is against the food safety standards to serve stale food to your customers.
I hope this kind of pathetic behaviour is not repeated again. It would be of great help if you look into this matter on priority. Thanks in advance.
