This is to bring to your notice that I purchased unit no. _____ of your __________ (Project name) and it is of huge concern to me that I have not received any official communication from ________ (name of Company) regarding the confirmed date of handing over of the possession of the said unit. Your company is not providing legal documents in time. 

I signed the buyer agrees with the (name of Builder Company) on(date). It was a promise of the company that the possession would be transferred within three months. Subsequently, it was informed that by the end of (date), possession would be granted. However, possession of the unit has never been provided even after expiration. 

I am sorry to say that the company has failed to keep its promise and has lost the trust of the customer because the manufacturer has repeatedly delayed the delivery of legal documents and there seems to be no deadline for this project. I have paid 70% of this amount and pay interest on it every month which is causing my sufficient financial burden to the bank.

Please let me know the deadline for providing the legal documents on my part or else I will be forced to take appropriate legal action against this organization due to the delay by you.
