I would like to inform you that I have ordered a (name of item) from your (name of shopping site) last week and I have received the parcel today and I am very much disappointed with this.

My registered details are, name: (your name), Mobile no. : (your mobile number) and my order ID:  (xxx). I have received a used (name of item). I have seen that the (name of item) has ink stains on it and it is wrinkled.

This is not the first time I am buying from Amazon, I always appreciate your service and product too and like to purchase from your (name of shopping site). Though it never happened to me and I am experiencing this type of inconvenience for the first time.

I think it was a mistake in some way, otherwise, it would not have happened on your part. I have expected that like earlier this time also I will have a great shopping experience with your (name of shopping site).

Though it is very dissatisfying for me I expect that it will be sorted soon. I hope that I will get your help and cooperation on this matter. I am expecting a perfectly new (name of item) very soon.

I will be very thankful to you if your (customer care department) will take care on this matter and will do the needful as early as possible.  Hoping that this will never happen again and will get a good shopping experience in future.

Thanking You

(Customer)
