I am a resident of [Your Address]. On [dd/mm/yr] I bought a [Mobile handset] Model xxxxxx from Amazon. The company gave a two years warranty and six months back guaranty. I was told that in the case of any trouble with the product, my entire amount will be given back to me with immediate effect or if I wish I can choose another product.
After all these clauses I have purchased the Mobile handset, but since the very first day, it was troublesome for me. The processor was very slow, and it was taking a lot of time, even in the smallest action of opening an app. Not only this but the internal memory crashed, and all my essential data were lost. I complain about it, and I followed all the instructions to return, but there are many complications. I have contacted the customer service, and I had written a dozen letters to the Manager. All that I got was a reassurance from them that they are looking into the matter. I have been suffering for the last eight days because of this matter.
I am enclosing all the necessary documents like the cash memo and the warranty. Please do the needful.
