Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to the attention of your customer experience team. I am a customer and believe me, and you didn’t fail to provide us with experience. I travelled to [Destination airport] from [name of airport] on[dd/mm/yr]. I have booked my ticket months in advance and also paid extra for the extra legroom seat. On the day of travel, when I arrived on the flight, I saw a fat passenger sitting in my next seat. Half of my space was already occupied by him. Even after multiple requests, there is no comfort. I asked a flight attendant to change my seat, but there was no proper response from them. I suffered all along the 6hours of flight. As per the airline policies, you have to ask the passengers who are overweight to book an extra seat for them or make any other alternative arrangements. It is awful to see such pathetic service by your reputed airlines. 

I will never travel by your airlines again and never recommend it to anyone of my family and friends. I hope it’s time to increase your standards in the future to serve the passengers in a better way.
