I am writing this letter to inform you about the poor security service of your mall. I have been a loyal customer of your mall. I have received great service from your mall which is one of the main reasons I shop at your mall. But to my surprise, today I received some very poor security service from your security agent.
I think the purpose of security agents is to safeguard the people of the mall and help them when they are in need. When I asked for the help from the agent, he was rude and said he cannot help, and I should ask someone else for the help. So, I asked another security agent for help. I kept my belongings as I went for washroom and I told your security agent to take care of those. But when I came out, my belongings as well as the security agent was not there. When I asked her, she was behaving in a way, as if she doesn’t know anything and she was not at all responsible for this incident. I asked to check the CCTV footage also, but your agent told the camera was not working for the day. I was really shocked to get such type of service from your mall.
Please make sure that the security agents are helpful towards the customers in order to have a better reputation. I look forward to hearing from you.
