Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this complaint regarding the food and service at your restaurant. On behalf of my family, I would like to highlight a few points regarding this issue. We had dinner at your restaurant on [dd/mm/yr]. We expected to have a great time at your restaurant, but unfortunately, we did not.

The waiters at your restaurant behaved rudely and unprofessionally. We had to wait for long before we could place the orders. The waiter spoke to rudely while taking the orders. Poorly cooked food is another issue that made us regret visiting your restaurant. We were surprised to find out that the [name of dishes] that we had ordered were still raw. The service is very pathetic and ruined our beautiful evening. I insist you recruit well trained and well-behaved staff who knows how to behave with the customers.
