As soon as I opened the parcel, I saw the phone’s charger was missing. But the phone was totally fine. I was shocked to find that the part of it was missing. When I ordered I saw that it was a mobile phone and a charger.

In the invoice also it was written, but in the parcel, the charger was missing. So, I want you to deliver me the missing part of the product.

I wanted to avoid the crowd during this pandemic situation. That’s why I preferred to buy it online rather than in nearby stores.

I don’t want a refund. Therefore, I request you send me the missing product as soon as possible. Of course, I do not expect to be responsible for paying any extra charges. I have attached the invoice sent to me during the time of ordering.

I have also attached photos of the delivered product. Please go through that and deliver me the product as soon as possible.
