I am fresher in sales department working in your company. I am writing this letter to highlight my grievances regarding not receiving the salary since last one month. This is to inform you that this is the second month when I am working without any salary received. My financial condition is my poor and I have many dependants on me. My parents are old and have high medical expenses due to chronic diseases. I am the only earning member in my family and this non receipt of salary has affected our daily lives. I am struggling hard to make my ends meet.
As per company policy, the salary is credited on the last working day of each month but I did not receive anything since twenty days the last working day of previous month. I consulted my manager regarding this but he instructed me to approach the payroll team. I had a call conversation with one of the assistants in the team and he informed me that there are some bank issues with my account. I further contacted the bank regarding this but they informed me that there is no issue and the salary is not released from the company. I am confused what the truth behind this is. I can’t visit personally to the payroll department as I am posted at client location.
It would be of great help if you look into this matter on priority. Kindly help me out.
