I am writing this letter to highlight my issue regarding the non issuance of incentives on time. I work as a marketing manager in your company. Last month, I was awarded with two recognitions by my client during his visit to the office. I was awarded with star of the month and achiever of the domain. This is the result of my hard work and time that I dedicated to the company. During the client visit my name was announced in both of the categories by my manager and I was assured that the certificates and gifts and incentives I would get at a later period.
I want to bring it to your notice that it has been a month since this event has occurred and I haven’t received anything from my manager.
As per the company policy when I consulted with the colleagues, I came to know that the goodies, gifts and certificates are given generally in a day or two. But it has been a month, I haven’t got anything. I tried to have a discussion with my manager regarding this matter but he always changes the topic. Though it is not an important part of salary but it is the indicator of my hard work and I deserve to get it.
It would be great if you could look into this matter at your earliest convenience so that just could be done to me. Thank you in advance.
