Dear sir/madam,

I am writing this letter to you so that I can register a complaint about the issue regarding DND activation on my mobile number[xxxxxxxxx].

I am receiving many numbers of spam calls and messages from different numbers and various telemarketing services and advertising campaigns in which I am not interested in. So I have decided to activate DND on my number to block these unwanted calls and texts. As suggested by your customer care executives, I have registered for DND activation on [dd/mm/yr]. But till today, the service is not activated, and I am receiving all the spam calls and texts. Even after multiple complaints to customer care, there is no action taken. I wish to express my extreme dissatisfaction as this was not the kind of service promised to me in the contract.

 I am waiting to solve these problems with your company. I wrote many emails, and I called many times your call center, but this problem continues. For this reason, I want to solve this problem this week, or I am going to complain about your company to the local authority.

I hope you attend my complaint urgently and resolve it at the earliest possible.

I have enclosed herewith a photocopy of all my previous complaints about your ready reference.
